The 2009 Green Building Grant application form is available.

May 25/09 News: Due to a significant decrease in available funding this year, in 2009 there will be three grant cycles instead of four. We have removed the September letter of inquiry (LOI) deadline as the Board of Governors will not award grants in December 2009. The next grants meeting after September will be in 2010. See 2009 LOI deadlines.

Foundation Facts 2009 - This year's fact sheets for the real estate boards are now available.

Important notice to all prospective grant applicants:
The Real Estate Foundation of BC relies primarily on the interest generated on real estate brokerage trust accounts for its revenue. In 2009 the Foundation is receiving significantly less income than in previous years.

The Foundation is committed to continuing its grants program and would like prospective applicants to understand that less money will be available for disbursement this year. Although an application may meet the minimum requirements for a Real Estate Foundation grant, there will be many applications competing for a smaller pool of funds. This will result in fewer grant applications being approved, and those which are approved may receive less than requested. (March 30/09)
